These terms apply whenever you use your account

These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and us for your use of Lucky Charms Casino, including our website, the games we offer, the cashier and any promotions we run. By opening an account, depositing funds or placing a bet, you confirm that you accept these terms and the policies they refer to, including our privacy and cookie policies and the terms of any offer you take.

We may change these terms from time to time, for example when we add payment methods, change how a feature works, or update our processes to meet our legal and licensing obligations. Where a change matters to you, we will tell you before it takes effect, normally by e-mail or by a notice in your account. If you keep using your account after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you would rather not, you may ask us to close your account and pay out any available balance once our checks are complete.

Keeping a copy

You can save or print this page at any time. If you would prefer a copy by e-mail, ask us at support@casino-luckycharms.co.uk and we will send the version that applies to your account.

Who can hold an account, and keeping yours secure

An account with us is personal to you. The conditions below apply from the moment you register and for as long as the account stays open.

  • 18 or over only. Gambling by anyone under 18 is an offence. We check age, and where an account holder turns out to be underage we void the play and return the stakes.
  • One account per person. If more than one account is opened in your name, we may close the extras and hold back any bonus winnings taken on them.
  • Accurate details. Register in your own name with a correct date of birth, address, e-mail address and phone number, and tell us whenever something changes.
  • UK residents. Accounts on this site are for players resident in the United Kingdom and for your own personal use, not for business or trading purposes.
  • Your login is yours alone. Do not share your password or let anyone else play on your account; activity on it is treated as yours.
  • No third-party money. You may not deposit, hold or withdraw funds on behalf of anyone else.

If you think someone else has your login details, change your password and tell us straight away through live chat or at support@casino-luckycharms.co.uk. We may suspend an account while we look into unauthorised access.

Verification, deposits and withdrawals

We hold a gaming licence and are required to know who our customers are. These checks protect your account, confirm your age and help us prevent fraud and money laundering.

Verification checks

  1. Your identity and age, from a photo identity document in your own name.
  2. Your address, from a recent document showing your name and where you live.
  3. Ownership of the payment method you use to deposit or withdraw.
  4. Source of funds, where we are required to ask, from documents such as payslips or bank statements.

We ask you to complete identity, age and address checks before your first withdrawal, and we may repeat or extend them at any point while your account is open. Until the checks are finished we may pause withdrawals, cap deposits or restrict play. Documents are handled as described in our privacy policy and can be uploaded in your account.

Deposits and withdrawals

  • The payment methods open to you, the minimum and maximum amounts, processing times and any fees are the ones shown in the cashier.
  • Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name.
  • We return withdrawals to the method you deposited with where possible; where that is not possible, we will agree an alternative in your name.
  • A withdrawal may be held while verification or payment checks are pending.
  • Your balance is not a bank account: we pay no interest on it and we do not offer credit.
  • If a deposit is reversed or charged back, we may recover the amount from your balance and suspend play while we look into it.

How bonuses and promotions work

Every offer we run has its own terms, published with the offer. Those terms apply alongside this page, and where the two differ, the terms of the offer govern that offer. Game rules and any bet limits are shown in each game.

  • A wagering requirement to meet before bonus funds, or winnings from them, can be withdrawn.
  • A maximum stake per spin or hand while a wagering requirement is open.
  • An expiry date, after which the bonus and anything left from it is removed.
  • Game weighting, as some games count less than others towards wagering.
  • A cap on how much of a bonus can be turned into withdrawable funds.
  • One offer per person, household, device or payment method, unless the offer says otherwise.

We may withdraw an offer, void the bets placed with it and hold back winnings from it where we reasonably believe it has been used in a way it was not intended: duplicate or linked accounts, play coordinated between accounts, stake patterns designed only to clear wagering with little risk, or shared payment details. Your own deposited funds remain yours in these cases, and we will tell you why we acted.

Safer gambling, and closing or suspending an account

Tools in your account

Gambling should stay affordable and something you enjoy. From your account settings you can set deposit limits, take a short time-out or self-exclude, and our support team can arrange any of this for you. A lower deposit limit takes effect straight away; a higher one is subject to a cooling-off period. While you are self-excluded we close your account to play and stop sending you marketing.

Free, confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. GamStop lets you block yourself from online gambling sites licensed in Great Britain with a single request. This site is for over-18s only.

Closing or suspending your account

  • At your request. Ask through live chat or by e-mail, and we will close the account and pay out any available balance once checks are complete.
  • Inactivity. If you do not log in for a long period we may suspend or close the account, after telling you and explaining how to claim any remaining funds.
  • Breach of these terms. We may suspend an account while we look into suspected duplicate accounts, false details, collusion, cheating, prohibited software or unlawful funds, and close it if the concern is confirmed.
  • Legal or licensing reasons, or because you have asked to be self-excluded.

Complaints, liability and the law that applies

If something goes wrong

Tell us first. Contact live chat or write to support@casino-luckycharms.co.uk with your username, what happened and when. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and reply within a reasonable time, and we will keep you posted if we need longer to reach an answer.

If our final answer does not settle the matter, you can take your complaint to an independent dispute resolution service at no cost to you. We will give you its details with our final response and take part in the process as we are required to.

Liability and governing law

We run the site with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. Where a game malfunctions, the affected rounds and any payouts from them are void and stakes are returned. We are not responsible for losses caused by your device or connection, by events outside our reasonable control, or by your own choices about how much to stake. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest continues to apply.
