Bonus Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how bonuses, free spins and other promotions work on your account with us: who can claim them, how wagering is counted, and when bonus funds can be withdrawn or removed. They apply to every offer we make unless the offer itself says otherwise.

How these bonus terms apply
These Bonus Terms and Conditions set out the rules for every bonus, free spin, cashback award, prize draw and loyalty reward offered at Lucky Charms Casino. They sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, and together they form part of your agreement with us.
Each individual promotion also carries its own terms, shown with the offer in the promotions area or in the cashier. Where a specific offer term differs from this page, the specific term applies to that offer.
By claiming a bonus you accept these terms. If anything here is unclear, please ask us before you opt in rather than afterwards.
Who can take part
- You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to hold an account with us and to claim any promotion.
- Your account must be registered in your own name with accurate details, and you may hold only one account.
- Your identity and payment details must be verified, or capable of verification, in line with the checks described in our general terms. We hold a gaming licence and are required to carry out those checks.
- You must opt in where the offer asks you to, and meet any qualifying deposit or play condition before the offer period ends.
- Players who have self-excluded, taken a time-out or opted out of marketing will not receive promotional offers.
Wagering requirements and qualifying play
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement: the amount of play to be completed before bonus funds, or winnings from them, can be withdrawn. The multiplier that applies, and whether it is calculated on the bonus alone or on the bonus and qualifying deposit together, is stated in the terms of each offer.
Wagering is tracked automatically. You can see how much of it remains at any time in the bonus section of your account, and we suggest you check that figure before asking for a withdrawal.
Game contribution
Games do not all count towards wagering at the same rate. Slots usually contribute in full, while table games, video poker and live dealer tables contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates in force are listed with the offer and in the cashier, and some titles are excluded from bonus play altogether.
Rules while wagering is open
- A maximum stake per spin, hand or round applies while a wagering requirement is open; the figure is shown in the offer terms.
- Stakes are taken from bonus funds first unless the offer states otherwise, and from your real-money balance once the bonus is used up.
- Bets placed on both sides of an even-money market, or in any pattern that removes risk, do not count towards wagering and may lead to the bonus being removed.
- If you ask for a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is complete, remaining bonus funds and the winnings tied to them are removed from your balance.
Bonus value, expiry and converting to cash
Every offer has a value, a life span and a cap on how much can be converted into withdrawable cash. Those figures sit in the offer terms rather than on this page, because they differ from one promotion to the next.
| Term | What it covers | Where it is shown |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | The smallest qualifying deposit that triggers the offer | Offer terms and the cashier |
| Wagering requirement | The multiplier applied to the bonus, or to bonus and deposit | Offer terms and your bonus section |
| Maximum conversion | The most that can be withdrawn from the winnings of that offer | Offer terms |
| Expiry period | How long you have to claim, and then to complete wagering | Offer terms and the countdown on your account |
Free spins are credited at a fixed stake and on named games, both shown in the offer. Winnings from free spins are usually credited as bonus funds and carry the same wagering requirement as a deposit bonus, unless the offer states that they are paid as cash.
When an offer expires, the bonus balance and any winnings still attached to it are removed. Real-money funds, including anything already converted, are not affected and stay available to withdraw subject to the usual payment checks.
Check before you withdraw
Requesting a withdrawal while wagering is still open will normally forfeit the bonus and the winnings attached to it. The amount of wagering left is always shown in your account.
Restrictions, misuse and changes to offers
Promotions are meant for players taking part in the ordinary way, for entertainment. Where activity on an account does not follow that pattern, we may look into it and apply the measures set out below.
Conduct we treat as misuse
- Opening or using more than one account, or acting with other players, including people sharing an address, device or payment method, to claim the same offer more than once.
- Giving false or incomplete registration details, or funding the account with a payment method that is not in your own name.
- Stake patterns designed only to clear wagering with little or no risk, including low-risk betting across linked outcomes.
- Using software, scripts or any automated tool to place bets or to claim promotions.
- Claiming an offer after being told you are not eligible for it.
What we may do
- Hold a withdrawal while we complete our checks and ask you for further information or documents.
- Remove the bonus, the winnings derived from it, or both, and settle the account at its real-money balance.
- Exclude the account from future promotions while leaving deposits, play and withdrawals unaffected.
- Close the account where the breach is serious or repeated, returning any verified real-money balance.
We may change, suspend or end any promotion, and we may correct an obvious error in how an offer was described or credited. We will not take back a bonus you are already wagering in good faith unless the claim itself breached these terms.
Safer gambling, help and getting in touch
A bonus should never be a reason to spend more than you planned. Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are all available in the safer gambling area of your account, and a limit takes effect as soon as you set it.
- Our site and every promotion on it are for players aged 18 or over.
- Any limit on your account applies whatever the offer, and we will never ask you to raise a limit in order to claim one.
- If you take a time-out or self-exclude, promotional messages stop and any active bonus ends.
- Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from licensed online operators in Great Britain in one step.
If you believe a bonus has been credited, counted or removed incorrectly, contact us through the live chat on the site or by e-mail at support@casino-luckycharms.co.uk, giving your username and the name of the offer. We will look into it and explain the outcome. Anything that cannot be settled this way is handled under the complaints procedure in our general terms.
